Shipping and Returns

FREE Shipping:Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days.

FREE Return:If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy return process to print out a free return label - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid! Return shipping is absolutely FREE. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. The item is returned in it's original box with all items that it originally came with including the manual.  All returns must be like the original condition. Otherwise additional charges shall apply at our discretion. You will be provided with a pre-paid domestic label to return the purchase to us. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How to return an item: E-mail us for a return authorization within 30 days of purchase date. (Please provide your order number)
All damaged item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After which, the claim will be considered void.
